Healthy Red Lobster Biscuits

Do you like Red Lobster Biscuits?  Do you wish they were healthy?  If you answered yes to either question read on!  I present to you a grain-free version of a restaurant favorite!  Fair warning: you might want to double -- or triple -- the recipe!  It only makes six and they'll be gone in no time.  No one has to know they're healthy.  I gave them to my dad and didn't tell him they're healthy and he raved about them.  Each biscuit is 130 calories and only has 3 grams of carbs!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. almond flour
2 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

For topping:
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix dry ingredients
Add in egg and whipping cream
Drop 2 tablespoons per biscuits onto an ungreased sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake 16-20 minutes, or until golden brown
While biscuits are baking, mix up topping ingredients
Once removed from oven, brush biscuit with topping
Enjoy!
